Banco Finantia acted as exclusive financial advisor to SunEnergy, a leading player in the installation of renewables solutions and sustainable mobility, on the disposal of a 70% stake to Grupo Sorigué.

Banco Finantia is one of the depositors of the bond loan, called Greenvolt Green Bonds 2027 launched by Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A., in the amount of €100 million.

Banco Finantia is one of the banks that placed the bond loan launched by Mota-Engil, named “Obrigações Ligadas a Sustentabilidade Mota-Engil 2022/2027” in the amount of € 50 million.

Banco Finantia was distinguished as the “Best Private Bank” and “Best Commercial Bank” in Portugal by the World Finance magazine, within the scope of the World Finance Banking Awards 2022, with another Portuguese bank awarded.
